How are lessons scheduled?
Lessons can be scheduled by phone, e-mail, or in person, and are given on a weekly basis. A reserved weekly time works best for consistency, but scheduling can flex around a shifting calendar when needed.
Where are lessons held?
Home-studio lessons are held in Etna, NY, located between Ithaca and Dryden. Ithaca-based lessons are held at Hickeys Music Center in downtown Ithaca.
What do lessons entail?
Private lessons are tailored to the needs of each student — developing technique on the instrument alongside musicianship, imagination, and a growing appreciation for the art.
